Overview
WonderWise is a travel planning app designed to reduce the stress of coordinating trips by centralizing flights, hotels, itineraries, and activities into one organized platform. The goal was to simplify planning, improve collaboration, and prevent important travel details from being lost across multiple tools.
Problem
Travelers often experience stress due to:
Fragmented trip details across emails, apps, and shared documents
Difficulty coordinating group travel plans
Forgetting tickets, reservations, or key information
Limited tools designed specifically for collaborative trip planning
Our research revealed a strong need for a centralized, intuitive system that improves organization and reduces planning anxiety.
Research & Design Process
We conducted user research and iterative testing to identify pain points and refine the interface based on real user behavior and feedback.
Created and distributed a Google survey
Conducted user interviews
Developed a primary persona
Prioritized features using the MoSCoW method
Built wireflows and exploratory concepts
Conducted low-fidelity usability testing
Iterated on design based on task completion time and error rates
Developed high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
